Most of the caregivers were very good in memory care. However, the atmosphere was one of repression stemming from the owners/ leadership. The self imposed “rules” have no basis, especially when compared to all other facilities in the area. In memory care, we were only allowed to visit in our loved one''s room. There was never any celebration for holidays or gatherings with the residents families…never a feeling of joy. The owners and leaders offer ZERO communication! After multiple emails asking simple questions, we never received the first response. The promise of “housekeeping” was just empty words. We got to the point we would come and clean/ mop the sticky floors weekly. Before leaving your family member here, check out the many other options within a 5 mile radius. It’s better to do your due diligence in advance before having to disrupt your loved one’s life with another needless move.

We had plans to move her but when her toe nail ‘somehow’ got ripped off, we just decided to move her home. Unfortunately for us, we waited to long and she passed after being home for just a week. She experienced many falls, cuts, bruises, etc in their ‘care’. They just kept saying it was the progression of the disease. But we know it was simply neglect. Run from this place as fast as you can. Management is terrible. You never get responses to your emails, billing is chaos. All around a negative 100 if that we possible. Definitely an F-

I was speaking with one of the assistants taking care of my dad the other day, and she said that "she treats them like they are her parents" that says it all.
