I call to ask if they can please give him his pain meds. They hang up on me. And take it out on my brother. They took an oath to care for people but some do not they should have their license taken away for not doing their job not caring. I just pray my brother goes soon so they can''t hurt him any more.

As a last resort hospice sent my dad here for 5 days respite care to this dump. Although it was clean & a few of the staff were friendly there was no professionalism. Misplaced dad''s meds and didn''t give them all to him even though he has end stage emphasema & a bad heart. The food was barely edible and only one choice of an entree for your meal. Dad''s bedding was paper thin with holes in it & the towels looked stained. They allowed dad not to be bathed or cleaned up after the first day. They forgot to give his meds as prescribed. The day dad left a resident feel in his bathroom floor & I had to let staff know & was told by the social worker to stop talking to loud about it.
