I started at this job in March and the new administrator, TONYA is such a good reflection of what true leadership looks like she has been in the kitchen washing dishes, she goes to the floor, and she shows all of the workers here that she is even and will do whatever it takes to please the residents. She shows everyone great quality and I would recommend her to be in any building. We are a team NOW !! it takes a great leader to show a Group to stick together. WE HAVE THE BEST NUSES!! I CAN NOT EXSPLAIN HOW HARD OUR UNIT MANNAGERS HAVE WORKED.!! THIS TEAM HAS GREW TRAMINDSLY!! and works diligently. This building has come a long way in a short time. SO, Thank you team. I am currently an employee for ACCORDIUS Statesville. This is a beautiful community since we have started renovating. Well kept up one of the most beautiful long-term communities I have ever worked for. The staff are all nice work together to provide the best quality of care for everyone’s loved ones. We are a team that sticks together that’s what makes this community strong 💪🏼. We strive to make this a home not a workplace and will continue to be for the residents, because we love our job’s and that makes a difference.

This facility has some of the hardest working staff around. Over the past few months, we have come together to be a team- from laundry to management. For a lot of these patients we are the only family they have. So many changes have been made recently- with great changes being seen by our wonderful activities dept. that the residents are loving. It is so good to see them having so much fun and laughing- and to see the staff laughing as well. And I have to acknowledge the change in the housekeeping staff! They have stepped up and made a difference! With our attentive and caring medical director/MD and NPs- and strong, caring administration team- and great supportive staff from all departments- we are trying to make a difference.. a change.. and show our residents they are the reason we are here and fighting for them.

This is such a welcoming and friendly environment to be in! Treated so kindly by staff and all! You can tell this is a facility that’s top goal is to go above and beyond for everyone’s satisfaction and personal needs. I would also like to bring forth the new activity director Brittney Brown has definitely made a HUGE impact on this facility. As far as kindness her heart is so big and it shows. Her compassion with patient care, she goes above and beyond as far as arranging cook outs, birthday parties, and going out of her way to visit those who have no desire to leave their room just to sit and chat and be a person for them to avoid loneliness. She goes out of her way to find different activities and brighten their days as many ways as she can! Truly has made such a big difference at accordius health, could not ask for anyone better! Love this place! Continue the good work to staff and all!
