My dad was in Ramona Rehab for a week and I was very happy with their service. No matter how many times (and it was alot) my dad asked for something they came to his room right away and always treated him with respect. You made my dad''s last days better for all of us. Thank you for all you do!
La terapia la mejor. Me ayudaron bastante la comida si es muy mala y las enfermera de la noche es muy grosera . Para mi fue dificil 3 meses. Ponian la calefacion muy caliente no te dejan abrir la ventana.
This is the worst facility for veterans. The nurses are robotic, uncompassionate, and speak poor English. My father nearly suffered a heart attack while under their care! Don''t take your loved one here!!!!
All staff were very gracious and helpful except don''t test for covid
My dad is enjoying the care & delicious meals. Thanks to ALL THE STAFF
