If i can give zero stars i would!!! Highly do NOT recommend, new admin/staff under qualified, Fired the ones who were qualified. Residents complaints are not being heard, i would NOT want my family member to be a resident at this facility, Administrator is more worried about thr outside appearance o...

DONT BE FOOLED! 6 months ago facility was pretty decent. Its very depressing seeing staff and residents moping around.

Do NOT Send anyone you love here!! I am giving two stars one because my Mom came out alive and the second only because they take Covid Positive patients! Which may not be a good thing if you are not Covid positive!!! The communication is horrible …no one will ever return phone calls and you have to call Monday-Friday before 5 to even talk to a receptionist! The place is out dated and poorly cleaned! My Mother was discharged early (Thank God) and came home dehydrated! This is not a very good rehabilitation center! If you are looking for something like that Stay Away!!! The nurses were rude and did not answer the call bells ringing in over 45 minutes! I came in the facility and nobody even noticed that I was in My Mother’s room for over an hour after I had waited on the call 45 minutes call bell to be answered! Doctor is only there one day a week!!! I do not recommend this facility!!!
