I worked in Brentwood One (building)from 10/22 thru 5/23. I reported neglect over and over and over again, I wrote statements (10), in my short time of being employed there, going into great detail about the gross, extreme neglect of the residents and the conditions that I would find them in, some of which were not changed for incontinence but one time if at all during 8 hour shifts and even during 16 hour shifts. I was sure to make a copy of each statement and still have them in my possession. You could smell the stench of neglect when you came in the front door so it is not like I was lying. For my reporting neglect, I was gaslighted, bullied by management , and retaliated on, bullied by those that were neglecting the residents. The CNA''s that were neglecting got together in 5/23 with the coaching and assistance of one of the A.D.O.N''s and wrote false statements on me to get me fired, meaning I walked in on her allowing a CNA to "copy" from someone else''s statement, that''s definitely coaching .I was so RELIEVED to be fired as crazy as it may sound. They had to get me out because they knew if I talked to the State I would tell the truth, they knew they could not coach me and I guess it was easier to fire me instead of correcting the issues. As a matter of fact I did get interviewed by the State, once shortly before being fired and immediately afterwards ,I was called into the office and I was asked by management , HR and corporate representatives what was discussed with the State and I refused to tell them, not to mention I witnessed some employees being coached on what to say to the State and I witnessed each employee that the State interviewed get called into the office afterwards .I had done all that I could to advocate for the residents and have no regrets for doing so, even though other employees and management got together and wrote false statements to get me out of the facility they said I was cursing over the residents in the dining room that is all and the best they could conjure up, regardless of being lied on, I was so relieved not to be working there anymore and told them so during my firing,"I''m so relieved", then I jump up from my chair and ran, not walked, I almost got hit by a car crossing the street to catch my bus home and I didn''t stop running until I was on the opposite side of the street. I didn''t even argue with them or try to defend myself against the lie that was told because I had began to worry about my own health, safety and well being because of finding residents being neglected so terribly bad and me having to clean them up because there is no way I was going to leave them that way,so I made my own hazmat suit by putting a hospital gown over my uniform, I wore safety glasses to protect my eyes, wore 2 mask to be able to tolerate the strong, pungent odor, used small trash bags to cover my shoes to keep from stepping in waste and multiple pairs of gloves so I could peel a pair off as needed, that''s how bad the neglect was. Long story short DO NOT take your love one''s to any of Brentwood''s buildings 1,2, 3 or 4 take them somewhere else or keep them at home if at all possible and if you are looking for employment this is NOT a place you really want to be associated with, working for Brentwood is NOT a good look or a good experience. You have been warned and I hope I have helped at least one person by telling my story in this review.

My mother was in building 4, do NOT put your family member in there unless you can be there everyday making sure they are doing their jobs. They don’t answer when you push the call button, they never did therapy until I started complaining and then she had a sore on her bottom and it got so bad because they weren’t cleaning her good that it got infected. You cannot get through after 5 or on the weekend and the phone numbers they have up that you can call, don’t work or they don’t answer those either, one of them wasn’t even a working number. When the paramedics came to get my mom they told us that they go there everyday and they tell family members to not let their loved ones go back

Got nothing to share. But I think my bro is not happy.
A very helpful, caring staff. I’m so thankful for Brentwood taking good care of my Son. Highly recommend this facility to anyone. God bless Brentwood!
The good customer service started at the entry gates with the security guards and the staff inside. They were very prompt to bring my niece what she requested. Very friendly staff during my visit. Keep up the great work and thank you.
