This facility is understaffed, and those who showed up looked extremely unhappy and overworked. This well deserved review is for Roseanna, director of activity. This lady runs around tirelessly, helping residents. She has the most beautiful and genuine laughs that carry over the facility like music....
This facility is understaffed, and those who showed up looked extremely unhappy and overworked. This well deserved review is for Roseanna, director of activity. This lady runs around tirelessly, helping residents. She has the most beautiful and genuine laughs that carry over the facility like music. Roseanna’s sunny attitude makes up for this facility being short staffed. COVID may be a game changer, but I have never been to a nursing facility where activities are continuously happening, and residents are kept busy and happy. The colorful activity calendar was well thought out, the director was very involved and hands on with the residents. Belmont Lodge, your well dressed activity director, is a shining star, the very best I have ever come across with. Her light is evident in the faces of every resident.

Clean facility and friendly staffs. Walking through the halls, I am impressed to see that some of their residents are resting and others are busy doing activities and socializing in their dining room. Kudos to the head of activities for the laughter & joy that is evident in this facility.
I have had excellent care while I was here. The staff is caring and compassionate. I would recommend this center to everyone.
