Had the most horrible experience with this place!! My dad fractured his pelvis in 2 places and was in the hospital for a week. When he left the hospital therapy had him walking on his own with his walker. During the time he was at Heritage he fell 3 times, two they said were where he "slid" out of ...
Had the most horrible experience with this place!! My dad fractured his pelvis in 2 places and was in the hospital for a week. When he left the hospital therapy had him walking on his own with his walker. During the time he was at Heritage he fell 3 times, two they said were where he "slid" out of bed onto the floor. The third one happened the day before we were to pick him up.. they had put him at the lunch table in a wheelchair and locked the wheels and walked away. He actually climbed over the arms of the wheelchair and tried to walk before falling. They would not send him for xrays because he "had good range of motion" and didn''t say anything hurt! Come to find out it shifted and widened his fractures. When we got to him the poor man could not even stand on his own. I would not recommend this place yo anyone!!

My grandpa fell at home and fractured his hip and he went to Heritage for rehab. He was in there for 1 month and they allowed him to fall 3 times while there. The 3rd time he fell they refused to do any xrays to make sure he was ok. When he left the hospital to go there for rehab, he could stand and walk on his own. By the time 1 month came around and we took him out of that horrible place bc he fell a 3rd time, he couldn''t do either. We took him immediately to the ER bc he was in so much pain from where he had fallen 3 more times while he was there. Always some excuse to why he fell on their end. Do not recommend this place at all.

My mom fell and I wasn’t notified until I came to see her 4 hours later. She fell again the same day and that time I was called and I insisted she be taken to the emergency room. She was diagnosed with a brain bleed. I would never send or recommend this facility to anyone.
