The staff is wonderful! The Executive Director, Victory, is extremely caring and runs a caring team who feel like family and treat you like family. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about assisted living to take a tour and meet the staff.

After a 4.5 month stay in another nearby facility my Parents-in-law returned to what is indeed the best such facility on or near Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Sometimes individuals and families need to experience different places before developing an appropriate appreciation for what isn''t perfect but the best available by far. Our octogenarian family members are reasonably pleased and consider The Beach House their home. I don''t know of a better such facility. It is all about the right people being in the right duty positions. The director, Victory, is a wonderful leader and she has surrounded herself with a fabulous staff. I give thanks upon every remembrance of each member of The Beach House staff.

My loved one has been at Beach House ALF for a little over 3 months. It was my first choice when our family circumstances required she receive more help than her family could provide. I have been so impressed with the caring environment they have built there. I have cell numbers of directors and they respond when I have a concern. The staff encourages her to participate in activities and socialize with other residents. I highly recommend you check them out if you have a need for this type of services.

The staff members at Beach House are super friendly but they are having some staffing troubles which is causing certain areas to lack. The quality of care could use some improvement - such as the consistency with showering and changing beds. It is not entirely their fault but its causing some frustration. The activities are horrible, they do not have anything for the residents to do - on the weekends and even during the day. They do not have nurses on the weekends they really only have the med-techs there to give medicine to the residents.
