My significant other is currently in recovery here and it''s like they just stuck her in a room and forgot about her until meals and rounds, even pushing the call button doesn''t guarantee anything. The floors are always sticky and there is poor organization. There is no one in charge on the weekends and if you need any paperwork or anything done it wont get done until Monday at best.

My sister-in-law is located there from upstate NY, at first we thought it wasn''t a good place, but as time has come and gone and frequently visiting her with her Baby girl it seems to be a good place. There was security at the front desk, there were mask available as well as a sign in book. Any inf...

There was security at the front desk, there were mask available as well as a sign in book. Any information we inquired about was answered, when ever we need to contact her we get her. 4Stars.

This place is disgusting…. Dirty very nasty and the staff Neglect patients and residents. Do not send your loved ones here.

This place is the worst place to put in any love one, My nephew was put in there by a Hospital and this people are so careless, my nephew lost his sight and is not able to barely do anything on his own and this people wont feed him they don''t care of him wont do the Dr''s recomendations on how to ...

This place is the worst place to put in any love one, My nephew was put in there by a Hospital and this people are so careless, my nephew lost his sight and is not able to barely do anything on his own and this people wont feed him they don''t care of him wont do the Dr''s recomendations on how to care of his wound and he has another infection again because no one is doing their job, they wont give him a bath or clean him up every day they only do it once a week, seriously? he had to be taken to the emergency room to treat the infection he got again on his foot, because they wont change the bandages daily they way they were supposed too, we can''t be there because we live in CT and is 2 hour drive and with the traffic it can take another hour or 2 to get there over the phone they sound like nice people but in reality they ARE NOT my nephew calls me and leaves me online and I can hear the way the treat him and the way they talk to him and trust me NOT nice we are picking him up without any notice and we are briging him here because if he stays any longer he will die in there, he has told me so many things about other patients, the place smells nasty and is dirty 3rd floor is discusting, I almost vomit the day I went to visit I wont recommend this place to any one. Please DO NOT BRiNG YOUR LOVE ONE HERE
