The nurse Mary is extremely rude and yelled at my neighbor for pushing her button asking for help - she went as far as moving ...
I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with this facility has bothered me deeply. I am a 24 year old and recently had to put my neighbor into this nursing home. The nurse Mary is extremely rude and yelled at my neighbor for pushing her button asking for help - she went as far as moving it out of reach so she would stop bothering her. Something that is supposed to be her job. If there are people needing help, the people helping SHOULD WANT TO HELP. I understand the circumstances, but moving her help button out of reach is extremely irresponsible and dangerous.

I’m giving one star because whoever is responding to the reviews saying they have a very diverse staff must feel as though no one will ever see the staff. They don’t have a diverse staff. Maybe they’re not aware of what diversity actually is but no they don’t. And the fact that they’re willing to blatantly lie is actually hilarious. I’ve gone here thru agency and to be clear, the staff doesn’t care about what damage control the responder is doing here in the review section. You will be profiled in this facility. You will be stereotyped. It’s not subtle either. Reading the reviews helped me realize it wasn’t just in my head.
