I was very concerned that this carehome not be able to provide me care and attention I need due my leg amputation however I am proud to say that this carehome is clean caring beyond my expectations and I am very fortunate to be here and wish to thank God and the Bartley team for the care and attention I need mostly treating patients with dignity. Kuldeep Makhni Room 24 Now having stayed for around 2 weeks in room 24 I have no regrets that God chose this carehome for my long stay medical needs and first of all wish to thank my insurance Amerihealth for having this facility in their approved care home. I have to say first of all my religious belief are well respected and I observed patients are treated with respect and dignity. I have seen social worker Ms Jenny meeting smiling hugging patients taking to them. I appreciate Mr Steve ensuring that I am comfortable and enquiring if they would do more to make my stay comfortable. Ms Archana, Ms Mansi and other members of the PT and OT have been working endless times throughout to encourage me to achieve more towards my independence. Last but not the least whenever i get well and discharged sent home I will miss all my nursing team including Mr Jake and wonderful beautiful Aide Ms Leah and others who have helped me to go to bathroom and other daily needs and necessity of living in care home. As a long-term patient I appreciate the cleanliness sheets changed, smell around the rooms clean corridors and peaceful atmosphere and wish to thank Bartley Management in making this carehome a home away from home as well as thank God for choosing this care home for my long stay and recovery. I have stayed since many months from best hospital in India to Mount Senia in NY to Encompass TF and this place is worth mentioning for genuine comfort and care required for patient thus a massive big thank you Bartley team.
Read moreI was at Barclay rehab for almost a month. Most of the staff were very compassionate. If there were any concerns or problems, administrator Steve Lieberman handled it quickly. I want to thank him and all the wonderful staff, nurses, aides and rehab personnel!
My father is a resident here and the nurses and aides are very compassionate and attentive to his needs. He came from the hospital with a terrible wound and now with their care it is almost healed. Thank you and I recommend Bartley Healthcare.
