I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there it isn’t a good come to work for I work in the assisted living department and I seen 2 people get fired one of them couldn’t make it to work because of the ice we had last year the other one got fired because the nurse who is in charge of our department let her walk down the hall passing medication on a cart when she wasn’t supposed to I got fired the day after my surgery and the nurse sign my paperwork to be off but didn’t turn it in the pay not good. This company don’t have compassion for they employees p.s they couldn’t tell my why I got fired they had no reason now I without a job for the holidays

I’d like to recommend Baptist Village. I have lived here for two years and my mom has been here fifteen. From the maintenance staff to the office workers this facility is superb. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and professionally. If a work order goes in Tuesday morning it’s not uncommon to have it resolved before the day is over. The office staff and administrators see their job as a mission. They are both friendly and efficient. It’s a usual sight to see staff members having a friendly chat with people that live here. If you or a loved one is looking for a place to call home, this is it!
