Do not send your family to this facility. They linens are filthy with fecal, urine and blood stains so bad you can tell the clean from the dirty. This place is disgusting roach motel.

I didn''t have a chair in my room and was told to sit in a wheelchair if I wanted to get out of bed. The room stunk badly, there was feces under the toilet. I would not wish this facility onto my enemies. Since release I have been attempting to work several issues with their business office and rarely get a return call. Astounded by the lack of professionalism displayed throughout the entire organization. If I could rate it lower I would!!

There is never enough staff to take care of these residents. When a resident has problems and needs help solving issues all you get is a run around. There is a lot of theft that goes on . Administration is if you''re lucky there maybe half of the day.i''ve witnessed numerous times residents that need immediate Emergency assistance and are left just sitting. A nursing home is supposed to protect you and protect your property as well as take care of your needs. People are left for months without a bath.

I went here today to see a loved one for the first time, upon pulling up I cried a little because I had realized the last I was here was 20years ago visiting my grandma so remembering how it was 20years ago gave me confidence that loved one was fine. Well to start off there is no one at the front desk to tell you where to find the person you''re there to visit and it''s a good thing I had common sense to see the machine you "check in " at on the wall. We then proceeded to roam around looking for a staff member to tell us where to go. When we found one they were nice and looked up his name and said he''s in the lock down ward (he''s never wanted to be there or in any nursing home) and he took us straight there bo problems. Well once I walked through that door we were OVERWHELMED with the smell of URINE the entire back "lock down" section of this facility literally smelled like ammonia, like it had never been clean or even seen the power of bleach, the second we left the lock down ward and the dorr shut, boom no more urine smell, I don''t understand how the people who are staffed back there can stand the smell and the poor people who live back there probably want to escape because of it, maybe if it didn''t smell sooooooo bad back there you could let them out of the lock down ward because they''d stop trying to escape that smell. Hire a cleaning company to clean the walls the carpets and the beds while y''all do all their laundry get that right back there because people shouldn''t be living in OR working in that kind of an environment. Also upon leaving because of the fact that there is no front door staff we couldn''t leave the building without hunting someone down to let us out. I wish I had the power to put my loved one somewhere else. The few good reviews you do have didn''t come from people with family members in the lock down ward huh? I will be researching into who i need to call to report the living situation and work environment for everyone in that section of the building. Ot made me sad, when I visited 20 years ago the place had birds in the halls for the folks to watch and things to stimulate their brains, these guys have nothing now.
Read moreExtra careful, visitors had to where p95 masks and face shield. Gave me a whole new respect for healthcare workers. I did it for 2 hours, can''t imagine all that for 8 to 12 hours. Facility was very clean and employees very friendly and helpful.
Horrible facility. It’s dirty, it stinks, the residents don’t get proper care due to lazy aides/nurses/management. This facility isn’t safe for the residents nor the staff, in many, many aspects. I wouldn’t recommend this facility if it was the last facility on Earth. Choose wisely.
