It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone with this company unless you are trying to buy or rent a unit. My dad is a stroke patient on a fixed income and I understand if they denied his application, but don''t take an incredibly expensive $500 application fee and not refund him as promised. I am encouraging Avenida to do the right thing and contact me or my dad and give him back his money. And I am willing to speak to anyone about my experience with this company.
