Bayshire Rancho Mirage was OK. The staff was friendly. I didn't like this one as much as the other place I toured. It just wasn't as nice. I don't think the facilities were as clean. The woman that I did the tour with was friendly, and I met friendly people walking around. I just didn't have the sense that this would be the place. I knew that if it came down to it, it was not where I would put my mother. I think their menu, food timing, and selection could be improved upon. I also think the attentiveness of the staff could be improved upon, and the facility could be cleaner.

When we decided to move my mother to another facility, the Director of long-term care phoned me quite upset and mad. I would not recommend letting any of your loved ones stay here, short term or long.

Bayshire Rancho Mirage was a very nice community. They offer an extensive array of activities throughout the month, including games, trips, and all kinds of things. Bayshire Rancho Mirage was a very nice community. They offer an extensive array of activities throughout the month, including games, trips, and all kinds of things. I liked the fact that they just had an extensive social calendar. The pool looked clean and well-maintained. The rooms were very large and very comfortable-looking. They also have an extremely diverse staff, which I appreciated.
