My mom went here for her rehab,she had to be there for four weeks,she did so well she was back home in two weeks,the food was very good and the receptionist at the front desk was awesome,like the other two times my mom had rehab I visited my mom everyday and she was always being taken care of don''t agree about the negative comments,but like with anything in life if you want to make sure your loved one is being taken care of do not drop them off and forget about them,they heal faster when they can see their loved ones everyday,if you really love your family be there for them,they were there for you !!!!

Year later update I have PTSD year later from the neglect and abuse i witnessed daily in this facility during the pandemic. If you sooke up they told you your loved one was exposed to covid and you couldnt see them for 10 days. It was evil. Our family was fortunate to relocate my grandmother to a properly managed facility prior to the holidays. Avante kept my grandmother and their facility dirty to the extent my grandmother brought scabies with her to the new place. The leadership and CEO could care less about the residents and their employees. My grandmother sat in soiled diapers for hours due to staffing issues and the director just pranced around in her high heels instead of pitching in. When I took pictures of the filth they had her living in they freaked out and threatened to ban me from checking on her. I still have my photos and a now a lawyer. You all signed a hypocritical oath and you forced those most vulnerable to suffer and you know you did! Tricia Robinson and her cohorts need to be put in jail.

Staff is attentive and caring. Location is great. Activities department focuses on providing nice activities for the residents. Inside the building has some updates done, has a cozy homey feel. Would recommend to a family member!

I would have given them a 5 if I had not sat the whole weekend before being discharged. No services offered through weekends, even PT. My stay was as pleasurable as could be under the circumstances (fractured femur). The staff were very kind and helpful…I couldn’t ask for better. The food was the best hospital food I have ever had. The Physical Therapy department worked with me twice a day and got me so much better before discharge, they were the best, 5 Stars for sure! If ever the need occurs I will surely use Avante again.
