Read moreI have lived at Avamere for around 2 years. I really am impressed by the new director, [name removed]. They have had a hard time hiring staff, but are in the process of getting more staff on-board. I find the caregiver and wait staff in the dining area work very hard and are very responsive.
It is a really nice place there is no question about it, and the price is very comprable. The only small complaint is that there are a lot of people in assisted living and they seem to just roam around the community and even fall asleep out in the open. It is a really nice place there is no question about it, and the price is very comprable. The only small complaint is that there are a lot of people in assisted living and they seem to just roam around the community and even fall asleep out in the open. I love my apartment, it is a one bedroom but it is very spacious. It has a full kitchen a nice patio, and im right across from a forest and i can see the beautiful grounds. On the independent living side everyone has a patio but on the assisted living side they do not, and there is no kitchen but they do have a microwave. All of the apartment seem comprable and the food here is very good.
