I said “oh awesome, I’d love an interview!” Come to find out they will not accept any exemption of any kind in regards to the Covid vaccine religious or medical. Desperate for staff and states boldly at the bottom of the Saber website they don’t discriminate. I was perfect to work on their Covid unit through a staffing agency before the vaccine but not now. When your family members come to these places they are passing up people like me with 14 years in healthcare just to be even more short staffed. Let that sink in.
