Beautiful facility with a band new exquisite wing adding 20 suites. Staff is wonderful, caring & attentive. I’ve had experience with other properties who look great in appearance and talk it up in the tour, but their staff is sub-par, many times using Agencies to staff their facilities which gives no continuity or relationship to the residents. In my opinion it is ALL about relationships. At Autumn Care, the residents are truly cherished and treated as family. Activities is also my gauge. The Activities at Autumn Care are fun and engaging. Participation is ample from live entertainment to Bingo. As for pampering, Lou’s Beauty Salon is a wonderful treat. Lou is the sweetest lady, she loves & pampers the residents weekly. Another plus, the meals are top notch and the cooks are very flexible towards individual preferences, vs a one size fits all mentality like some of the Corporate owned properties. Flexibility is the wonderful part of family ownership. I would highly advise touring.
