A lot of shady stuff going on and the discrimination is real.Once I notified corporate about a situation that was handled UNPROFESSIONAL due to the horrible COMMUNICATION. All of a sudden they had a corrective action form. They only seem to take corrective action towards the African American employees. Hopefully, they get it together and the residents can get the proper care they deserve! ACCOUNTABILITY is something that would be useful on management behalf. They also allow the nurses to bully the CNA’s. The residents stay with UTI’s due to lack of hydration, I never worked at a facility and WATER was NOT one of the main drinks. How is this place still open? Maybe Dovi should actually talk to the staff and get the real deal about management .

The residents are not getting the full care or attention they need, dose administration are being missed, those on strick diets are being fed the wrong things. Communications is a joke here, don''t ask medical or administrative staff anything you won''t get a straight or honest answer. How this place isn''t being investigated yet is shocking.

This place is understaffed!!! I worked here last night for an agency I did not get a lunch break and when I turned in my time sheet it was declined and when they resolved the issue they took out 30 minutes as if I actually took a lunch break. I can see if I was able to leave and eat my lunch but I could not. I literally sat and ate my lunch in the hall which was interrupted because I got a call light. I will not be helping out again ever!!!
