At home is a terrible place to put your loved ones. Staff does not fully attend to residents. They eat soup and sandwiches everyday .they sleep on their shifts. And pay way too much too live there

We visited with great hospitality by staff, took her out for visits, very supportive. We live in Schnecksville, so glad this was a perfect choice for her.

4.5 years ago BY CHOICE my mother entered this facility. Their vision and hopes to grow and service the community never came to fruition. There are a few amazing people that work at this facility but sadly, STAFF TURNOVER was rather overwhelming not only to families but the aging population that reside/resided at this place. For 3 years, my mother was rather self-sufficient but as her needs increased, the level of service provided to her did not. In March, 2020 when the facility was restricted due to the pandemic/COVID19...the care of my mother became very concerning. Minimal redirection of staff upon refusal left her spending much of her day ALONE in her BED. The day I found my mother in her room...her room was extremely dirty, no toilet paper was in her bathroom, her soap dispenser was EMPTY and hanging from the wall, no paper or cloth towels were in her bathroom, and she had fecal matter under her fingernails. There is NO RESPONSE from anyone including administration that can make this "OK." The saddest part is...for many reasons some of which were the "NEGLECT" of my mother...what is lost cannot be regained. I am HURT, ANGRY, and DISGUSTED that this facility remains the home to anyone''s loved ones.

At Home is a very small skilled nursing home where my Mom receives personalized attention, has a private room and bathroom controlled to her temperature preference. They work hard to meet her requests and respect her privacy. The owner is a medical professional who alerts our family on issues, communicates well and is responsive; he is involved and overseas her care. The remote location is quiet and the atmosphere inside is calm and friendly. I don''t see residents sitting in a hallway slumped in a wheelchair here. My mom has been here for 3+ years and I know she is safe and cared for. Improvement areas are stabilizing the turnover in Aids staff and offering fresher, more home-cooked foods.

Horrible place to put an elderly person. There is not good food here. The employees are great but they don’t receive there pay on time and the pay checks always bounce because Patrick and joe are going bankrupt. There is never any diapers or wipes for the residents therefore staff goes out of there way to provide for residents. Patrick is under investigation,I’ve seen a sheriff come to the nursing home looking for him there doing an investigation on I’m that had to do with the billing there. It’s not a great place and it’s super dirty. They have no housekeeping and there is mice in the place.

From what I see based off not just the reviews and reports , but also from current and previous employees & also Family’s, this place could use better management if not better owners . You people need to humble yourselves. Instead of attacking people and giving threats , How about some constructive criticism ? And as far as state police , I didn’t know leaving a review was a crime . God bless
