3/15/2924 Hello everyone, I revisited. I asked for the director. She walked with me to my loved one’s room. My loved one was not looking like I would expect. In bed, not looking clean . The Director asked if I wanted her to get employees to get my love one out of bed. I replied yes and loved one needed changing. The broken down furniture was removed. The bathroom is still filthy. Pillows, pillow cases, blankets are old and dingy. New mattress are very much needed. I asked for ( 2 )wipes to wipe down areas in my love one’s room as I was cleaning. I received resistance and dirty looks, but I continued to ask until I received them. have more questions before i post anything else. The broken dresser was moved. March 13, 2024 Hello Owner, Let’s have a meeting at this facility. If you work here SOME of you should be ashamed of yourself. You need to speak up. The bathroom I went in is filthy. Put the broken down furniture in the TRASH!!!. Make sure your patient is hydrated . Make sure you put lotion on them if they can not do it themselves. Don’t hide their dry feet with socks. The building was to stuffy. Air it out. If a loved one ask for something to apply to a patients dry lips, your answer should not be I don’t have anything, whether if it is your patient or not . I will continue to post what I hear and see until changes are made. Is your mother in here? is your father in here? is your sister in here ? they could be, so do better by these people please!! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾 Hello everyone, Before visiting my loved one, I spoke to a few of the staff members via phone. Some are pleasant some are not. (Unprofessional) The lobby area is outdated. When your loved one is placed here, you can only visit at the window. Meaning you will be outside looking in and talking through the window of the room where your loved one is. This is for the first 14 days due to COVID-19. The windows need cleaning. After the quarantine period is up , your loved one will be escorted outside by a caregiver, in a designated area to sit with you. You are not allowed to give them a hug. There is a plastic see through screen between you. You sit on one side, they sit on the other. If you bring them any snacks you must give them to the caregiver to take to the room. You are given one hour to be with them. Visit and call often. I am not pleased with one of the caregivers I met . I will be addressing my issues to the charge nurse / director. 🙏🏿💕🙏🏿 11/01/2021 Thank you for responding. Our family members were there this weekend. Our loved one had on a dirty sweater. We send clean clothes and expect them to be maintained as promised. Please help love ones to keep there cell phones charged because sometimes they forget. When I addressed this issue with a nurse. She stated that is part of the disease? Unprofessional , uncaring answer. 01/27/2022 Happy New Year. We purchased a small TV to go in our loved ones room. Guess What someone STOLE It. What a shame!!!! The company reimbursed my family member . Now we are going through the same thing with her NEW clothes. Thank the employees that truly care. 🙏🏿💕🙏🏿💐😷💐 May 23, 2023 Call and check on your love ones often if you can. Talk with them if you can’t visit. 🙏🏾💙🙏🏾 Some of the people will be unpleasant to talk to by there tone when you ask to talk to your love one , but don’t let that stop you. Some employees are new, some are not. I called to talk to my family member and the employee asked me what was I trying to do? She was listening to my family member and I talking and because she could only here my family member the employee assumed the wrong thing. I responded I am not trying to do anything, I called to talk to my family member. Good night. 💙🙏🏾💙

Family member laid in urine and feces for hours. Staff & management are rude and unprofessional. When bring issues to management they brush it off.
