My first experience with the Palms At Lake Spivey was simply amazing thanks to a WONDERFUL and KIND HEART Dana who had me sold from the first call. I needed a place for Mom. Dana is down to earth, compassionate and kind. I know that this was home when one night while going out to my vehicle to make a few call backs I received a text from Dana stating your Mom is okay she''s with me. She was with Dana from the start because she trusted her as I do. She left her apartment on the second floor to come down and find Dana and went into her office where she felt safe. Mom was correct. I got out of my car and went to the door and say my Mother walking side by side from Dana''s office into the events room. Dana was walking at Mom''s pace with her hands behind her back staying with Mom''s pace but, yet talking to her. I watched them and became teary. Dana won Mom''s heart as a person of trust. She is SIMPLY AMAZING! She made this transition from Mom leaving her home where she and Dad raised all of us 5 kids so much easier that one could have imagined! Mom''s next go to for security was Fred the security guard that comes on at night. Late nights when she could not sleep, she would go down and talk to Fred. She always told me like Dana, he is kinda and a good listener. He too is simply AMAZING! Precious the BOM treated Mom like family, and said like Dana, Fred, Trent, CNA'' S Maryann, "Q" and Michelle we love your Mom and the truly did. OH Trent also made Mom his own! He called her Mom and love to make her laugh! Let me not forget the culinary staff and servers who made her feel like home. All wonderful! Oh front desk ladies Jo and Courtney were also like family to Mom they love her and showed so much compassion and kindness! A wonderful experience and Great Food for residents! My Mother, Self a Brother will forever be great full to the staff, at The Palms At Lake Spivey. Tiffany RN, no I could never forget you either for being kind, honest, compassionate and a listening ear. You to are AMAZING! Laura you are there to! You ROCK to so do the residents that were kind and patient. Love for you all. Dana keep drawing residents in as with youvand others it it not just a job bur, a gift my dear! Lucy you are kind and simply a ray of light!

I cannot speak highly enough of Laura Murray, the Lifestyle 360 Director at the Palms. Laura has taken the time to personally interact with the residents acquiring specific knowledge of their likes and dislikes. By doing this it has enabled her to select activities that the residents are excited to participate in. Laura’s bright personality and sense of humor is refreshing and the residents seek her out. The elevated activities that Laura has selected enriches the residents emotionally, socially and physically. Bingo has its place, but it is not the norm on her schedule. I appreciate the job that Laura is doing to keep my mother and the other residents active and engaged.

Not only does my grandmother reside there, but the level of care and attention provided by the staff, especially Laura Murray, has been exceptional. What sets The Palms apart is the dedication and commitment of their employees. Laura Murray, in particular, has been a shining star. Her role in customer relations is evident in the way she interacts with the residents and their families. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy and well taken care of. Her genuine compassion and attentiveness are truly remarkable. The activities and amenities offered at The Palms are also impressive. There is a wide range of social events and recreational activities that cater to the interests and preferences of the residents. Whether it''s exercise classes, movie nights, or outings, there is always something exciting happening at The Palms. Overall, I cannot recommend The Palms at Lakes Spivey enough. It is a top-notch facility with a team of dedicated professionals who truly care about the well-being of their residents. Excellent Professional Staff especially[name removed] who bends over backwards to assist in anyway!!5 star facility top knotch everything. We picked this community because of the price and area. It's an excellent community.
