Ok I just discharged from here Sunday. I was in motorcycle accident and broke both my ankles. So I was there for therapy. Rehab department 5 stars hands down!!. Ok I just discharged from here Sunday. I was in motorcycle accident and broke both my ankles. So I was there for therapy. Rehab department 5 stars hands down!!. Nursing staff worked dangerously short EVERYDAY and not once did I hear them complain 5 stars they were great. Housekeeping is horrible my room and bathroom would go days without cleaning until I complained. They would dump the trash and that was it. The toilet has this raised seating on it that was rusted. The privacy curtain and curtains on the windows had stains on them. Take them down wash them once a month have extras. Dietary was ok but I literally ate eggs and toast every morning. there were no other options. But the staff was really nice in dietary. Also the place is dated it could use some updates on the decor. This place has the potential to be a five-star facility if staffing, housekeeping, and dietary given the attention that is needed. If the physical therapy department wasn’t so great along with nursing staff my score would’ve been lower.

Was a year ago today I was admitted to this care facility for a broken hip all the staff was outstanding especially the physical therapy crew the food was ok could use a little improvement but still it does not take away from the overall environment Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one!!
A great company to work for! Apple has a great support system and the corporate team is very interactive home to home. :)
