Read moreIt’s a nice location but the upper management is extremely dysfunctional. No one returns phone calls if your thinking for physical therapy this department is the dysfunctional group at this location. No schedule is followed. Run if you can to another facility for your needs.

So far our experience with this place has been so positive. My mother has been here 2 weeks. Jennifer has been absolutely fabulous with helping us admitting our mother to Long Term Care at this facility. Our mother had a stroke 4 weeks ago and we had no idea on how to deal with anything. Jennifer sat down with my brother and I and explained everything to us. Helped arrange for my mother to be moved to Aperion Care, Highwood,IL. Answers any of our questions and concerns promptly. So far the health care staff has taken very good care of my mother. There were a few glitches, which we understand happens but Jennifer took care of those immediately for my us. The facility is very clean. It is a secure facility with very nice attendants that monitors the entrance. They have beautiful, well maintained grounds. Beautiful patio’s. The dining room and sitting area is very comfortable, clean, decorated very tasteful and has large windows that look over the beautiful grounds. The rooms are small but very clean and homey looking. I highly recommend this facility.

Would not recommend to anyone. We had my father go here after a surgery for wound care. They were supposed to be changing his wounds a few times a day, but we were lucky to have it done once a day. Had to fight to try and get a better mattress for him. Due to where the surgery was he had to lay and both mattresses had bad indentations on them which left him highly uncomfortable. He had to call to even get his daily meds which took 3 hours to bring him. He signed him self out due to the lack of care they provided. I called to speak with the administration and never received a call back. I know circumstances come up where you have to place a loved one somewhere, but here is not the place.
