Arbor Terrace Highland Park

Recently visited friend who just moved to Arbor Highland Park. Compared to others in the area it definitely has the most welcoming feel. Employees I came across appeared pleasant. My friend says residents have been overall welcoming as well.

I moved my mother to Arbor Terrace Highland Park 3 weeks ago. The entire staff has gone out of their way to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. I am very surprised with how quickly my mother has acclimated to her new environment. My only hope is that she will start to take advantage of the activities offered. In addition, everyone made me, and my husband, feel welcomed as well! Whenever I have a question or a request, it is quickly addressed. I am very happy that my mother is living at Arbor Terrace. I know that her needs, physically and socially, are being met.

I’ve lived at Arbor Terrace Highland Park for a year, since the facility first opened. In fact, I was one of the first residents. My experience has been wonderful. The apartments and dining rooms are spacious. The meals are delicious with extensive selections on the menus. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are available in the facility. The staff and nurses are receptive and professional.
