I've visited Anthology of Blue Ash, they're at 50% capacity at the time. It's a chain because there are also other Anthology facilities in Cincinnati. It's a very up-and-coming area, it's a popular area that's near Summit Park, where lots of community activities are held and kids have a playground, and they have fireworks there. So where the senior community is, it's a great community area with lots of activities going on. They have an exercise room, an indoor small pool, an exercise room, and a little putting green or something that was outside. So they have good activities, they offer transportation to different places, and they have movie nights. The staff who gave us the tour answered a lot of questions. They were a little quick, we were in and out in an hour, and I didn't mind. We did not get to sample the food but we got to observe the people eating, and it looked good. The menu looked and sounded very appetizing. You could pop me there, I'd be happy. It just seems a little sterile, maybe because there weren't many people in there yet. The staff was very friendly and the place was contemporary.

It's a lovely, beautiful, new facility. I feel that my loved one is safe there, and I don't need to worry about her. The staff are mixed - some are great, and some maybe need a little training / settling in. As a new facility, I feel like there's a learning curve. They're also not at full capacity yet, which affects the amenities. But it has great potential. Everyone is very nice and definitely tries their hardest. The most important thing is I don't worry about my loved one, and I still highly recommend it. I looked at a bunch of places. I thought t was the best after all my tours, and I still feel like it's the best, even compared to other places that were more expensive. I think they can and will improve as everyone they matures into their roles.
