Everyone is amazing besides Stephanie, a very disrespectful woman that barely know how to communicate and coordinate things, ignorant, never learned the art of listening to understand but to respond, basically if it does not go her way, she will start throwing tantrums like a child. Stephanie needs to change the job; a job that doesn''t involve people.

I fractured my hip and was sent here for rehab. The facility was not prepared for me. There was no air conditioning. The pt person brought out a dirty fan, it started to blow cobwebs. he took it back said he got another but clearly he tried to clean the fan. The aides were not nice . One was very mean and grabbed my injured leg at the top. Said I had to be tough. she slammed the water down when I asked for ice water. I had a breathing tool that was sent with me from the hospital , I was told it was not mine to take home. (wrong) The food was terrible no choices and not presentable at all. All the serving plates that cover the food were broken. Not to mention I could not eat it. The only thing I ate was cups of ice cream. When I said I wanted to leave they did a turn around and begged me to stay and not to make a report. They changed my room ,it had no air conditioning either. the PT room had no air with alot of people working out it was disgusting. I was at Brookwood from Tuesday to Friday. It was a very bad experience . I would Not Reccomend anyone to be in here for rehab. I am not going to mention cleanliness. This place needs to either be remodeled ,redone.new staff or shut down. I pity the poor souls that cannot speak up for themselves or do not have an advocate to speak up for them.

I''ve never seen such unprofessional service. We were moving into assisted living. We went to our first lunch. They told us they didn''t have a table for us. Refused to serve the 5 top that was one table further in the dining room. We were moving her in, but had to leave so they could be served at another 2 top slightly closer. Additionally, they only had to serve one person, the new resident, because the rest of us had packed our lunch. We are literally talking 5 steps. The entire facility looks understaffed. Most of the staff were away from residents playing on their phones. Zero care communicated about the residents. A very bad look. We will be finding another facility.

As a former geriatric nurse I have seen my fair share of nursing facilities. I have to say that my stay in rehab has been amazing. The staff are very attentive to your needs. They have a very quick response when you put your light on for help. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard for your short term and long term care. The staff are amazing, very kind, it’s evident that they enjoy their job. Joy, Harper, and all the James are fantastic.can’t say enough positive things about my stay here.

I am choosing Seasons for myself because I have a friend who is a resident there now. My daughter and I are very impressed with it. She wants to make sure that they have the facility to take care of me should I need assisted living later on. The rooms are gorgeous. My friend has a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 baths, but I will be going into a 1-bedroom apartment with 1 bath. The food is very good. Everyone in the dining area is very prompt, very nice, and very accommodating. Their menu is great because it's like you're going into a restaurant. They have a full calendar of activities. It has things that I am interested in and things that I do. I saw the activity areas, the chapel, and the exercise area, and they are all very, very adequate and very well stocked. They have staff on duty 24 hours a day. I feel very comfortable with going there and that if something happens to me after I move in there, they will be able to take care of me quickly.

Seasons is big, but it is beautiful. The staff is very nice and friendly. The activities looked very exciting. My daughter liked it the best and I liked it, but it is pricy. It's a little out of my budget. I had been invited by my friend over there a couple of months ago and I had a meal there and it was delicious. There's a lobby and a place where they show movies. They also have a small store right there, so you can pick up things that you might have forgotten when you went on your grocery trip. Some people were exercising and other people were playing cards. They showed some activities. It's a lovely facility, and the residents looked very happy to be there.
