The Seasons believes the golden years should be a time of joy, discovery, renewed opportunities and strong relationships. That’s why they offer such a wide variety of amenities and activities. Older adults can join friends at the Greenhouse Tavern and Bistro, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, get creative in the Art Center and enjoy five-star, chef-prepared meals in the main dining room. There’s also a daily events calendar packed with opportunities to socialize, get fit, pursue passions and find meaning. Residents at The Seasons spend their days doing tai chi sessions, taking German classes, listening to live music, watching movies in the on-site cinema and joining friends for happy hours.
They also get plenty of chances to find new restaurants, bargain hunt at local shops and explore everything the Queen City offers. Seniors love strolling the walking paths at Swaim Park, checking out the animals at Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, admiring the botanical wonders at Krohn Conservatory and engaging with history at the Cincinnati Aviation Heritage Society Museum.
The Seasons: Putting the Living in Senior Living
The resort lifestyle at The Seasons extends to the lovely floor plans, which boast high-end fixtures, elegant touches, modern kitchens, walk-in closets and large windows for lots of natural light. Individuals and their families can choose from studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms up to 1,319 square feet. And the monthly rates include everything to make life chore-free, including housekeeping, linen service and maintenance.
Older adults can stay in the place they love thanks to The Seasons’ continuum of care. If and when they need support for their independence, they can choose from assisted living options like medication management and help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, showering and using the restroom. Then, there’s skilled nursing, which offers 24-hour care from licensed nurses.

As a former geriatric nurse I have seen my fair share of nursing facilities. I have to say that my stay in rehab has been amazing. The staff are very attentive to your needs. They have a very quick response when you put your light on for help. I would definitely recommend the Courtyard for your short term and long term care. The staff are amazing, very kind, it’s evident that they enjoy their job. Joy, Harper, and all the James are fantastic.can’t say enough positive things about my stay here.

I am choosing Seasons for myself because I have a friend who is a resident there now. My daughter and I are very impressed with it. She wants to make sure that they have the facility to take care of me should I need assisted living later on. The rooms are gorgeous. My friend has a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 baths, but I will be going into a 1-bedroom apartment with 1 bath. The food is very good. Everyone in the dining area is very prompt, very nice, and very accommodating. Their menu is great because it's like you're going into a restaurant. They have a full calendar of activities. It has things that I am interested in and things that I do. I saw the activity areas, the chapel, and the exercise area, and they are all very, very adequate and very well stocked. They have staff on duty 24 hours a day. I feel very comfortable with going there and that if something happens to me after I move in there, they will be able to take care of me quickly.

Seasons is big, but it is beautiful. The staff is very nice and friendly. The activities looked very exciting. My daughter liked it the best and I liked it, but it is pricy. It's a little out of my budget. I had been invited by my friend over there a couple of months ago and I had a meal there and it was delicious. There's a lobby and a place where they show movies. They also have a small store right there, so you can pick up things that you might have forgotten when you went on your grocery trip. Some people were exercising and other people were playing cards. They showed some activities. It's a lovely facility, and the residents looked very happy to be there.

My family was very pleased with my mother's stay at Seasons for short term rehab. From the moment she arrived until she was discharged, she was treated with the highest level of professionalism and compassionate care. The facility is nice, clean, and safe with good covid protocol. Her room was lovely and everyone was very accommodating/responsive. All of the staff were very helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and went above the call of duty. We appreciated the friendly and hard working housekeeping staff, food staff, and all of the other workers! The food was good/prepared well and extra care was taken to ensure healthy meals with regard to nutrition restrictions. Heartfelt and special thanks to the amazing Therapy Dept., Nursing Staff/Medical Team and the Social Worker! They worked tirelessly to provide the highest level of care; it was absolutely the primary reason for such a great and successful outcome. We would highly recommend Seasons!
