5 for all...my mom is so happy she moved there. My mom loves the food; buffet breakfast (she takes fresh fruit/ cereal to her apartment when she's finished in a to-go box since lunch is not included) and the dinners have been great, with quality, quantity, and many of her favorites offered along with a glass of wine...she loves that it is restaurant style with a menu to order from and courses brought to the table. She has participated in lots of the activities (loves the happy hours) and now has "friends" she looks forward to seeing each day; the residents were very welcoming and friendly from the beginning. My only complaint would be that no one gave her an orientation upon move-in. I had to ask the director for information I think should have been offered immediately...when her dinner time was, where she should sit, etc. She went to get something from her car one night shortly after moving in and discovered the doors were all locked; luckily, another resident was going in and gave her the keypad number to open the door. Aside from the slow start to figure things out, she is so happy that she lives there and feels so at home (and I am thankful since we moved her from St. Louis where she lived her whole life to come near me...it could have been a not so great experience!).

American House Bonita Springs has been great so far for our loved one. She was able to have an apartment with a white kitchen that is modern and also has a screened in porch which was most important. She is able to get her hair done every week, the value overall is a really good and we would recommend this community to other families. However the meals are not good, they started our great, but now have gone downhill so that could be improved.

It has been a wonderful expereince. The place is spotless. From the management down to maintenance, they could not be more helpful, patient, and pleasant., It has just been spectacular. The food is EXCELLENT! I am in a smaller apartment which is what I wanted and it is perfect for me. I have visited...

Read moreLiving here is easy, the people are all friendly I feel like its home and I'm very happy here. We have 2 meals every day they clean my apartment once a week change my bed . I have a small dog and she is loved by everyone.
Toured this community and it was very beautiful. It was very inviting and fun environment. Residents were very welcoming. [name removed] was very informative and knowledgeable and able to answer our of questions with no issue.
