I have been an employee since June 2022 as a CNA and I loved being apart of the Waters family. I love what I do and the residents are why I continue to come every week. I don''t get into facility or employee politics, just do my best work for them.

BEWARE! My daughter had open heart surgery and infection in her spine and hip. She was transferred here from the hospital with a PICC line for the antibiotics. She pushed call light and no one came for over an hour. The LPN that came in the room when I got there stated that she just got there at 3 and it was 5! My daughter hadn''t had antibiotics or pain meds since 10:30 that morning! The LPN that has her tag turned where you couldn''t see her name took her pain meds and replaced with 20 mg of a different one instead of 30 mg. My daughter wanted to check out and go to the hospital where she would get the antibiotics she needed and they said she would have to take out the PICC line. We said no because she''s going to the hospital. A man and woman stood at the door and refused to let us out! So 911 was called. This place should be investigated!

They are rude and left us locked in the facility for a while after the ppl that work there would not open the door for us
Stay clear of this place. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there
Wouldn''t put my dog here. It needs to be permanently closed.
