I have NEVER smelled urine here. I don’t know about the doctor in charge but I do know that the physical therapists do a good job of getting their patients inspired to do their best.
This facility is poorly run. Most of the key staff positions are vacant. They hire mostly West African immigrants and nurses who are on probation. There is no leadership here. Most of the staff just goes through the motions. The staff doctor is a quack who barely sees patients. Rehab is a joke...
