Took a tour for possibility of using this facility for future nursing Clinical''s in the Spring 2023. Nice front desk reception area. DON and administrator were very welcoming and informative. Facility is clean, hallways clear, staff engaged with residents/clients. Nice atmosphere.
I did Agency here POOR Management team the Nurses and CNAs talk about each other all the time. And if they don''t like you they push u out and Harass the CNA or Nurses until they quit. They don''t change people at night or really check on the Patient’s. and with morning shift if they don''t call...
I did Agency here POOR Management team the Nurses and CNAs talk about each other all the time. And if they don''t like you they push u out and Harass the CNA or Nurses until they quit. They don''t change people at night or really check on the Patient’s. and with morning shift if they don''t call they will probably only be changed 1 time and that’s before morning/ evening shift CNAs leave. It’s dirty and unsafe here If you love your loved one definitely don’t bring them here the Sister facility is better.

The have a bandaid mentality, which a band aid fixes things for s short period, however it will need to be changed again, or potential become worse. I arrived at work in the morning to find the DON scavenging through my desk and my personal belongings.Glad she is gone This facility does have the ABSOLUTE BEST Respiratory Therapist in the State of Arizona. Look into each facility before placing your loved one anywhere.

My sister and I came in with questions about some stuff we did not understand. Becci at the nurse station was the only person all day to give us some answers. we have been looking for. We very much appreciate her understanding and helping us ! We give her an A++
