My mother entered Alden Estates in early March for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The entire staff was so professional and dedicated to the recovery process. I will specifically name Heather Giovachini as the one person who went above and beyond. She always made time to help our family navigate the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to clear our minds of worries and confusion. I can’t express enough on how valuable she was to us during our mother’s stay. The campus and facility itself is absolutely beautiful. The doctors, nurses and staff are kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. The staff provides awesome activities throughout each day and special events on a regular basis for the residents. Alden of Huntley is a great place where the elderly are treated better than the way you would expect them to be treated.
