Came in one day and bottom sheet halfway down bed with him laying on vinyl mattress pad. Nurse yelled at me and hospice aide he could not have a chux pad; only patients on a gel or air mattress entitled to a chux pad.

My wife has been in here recovering from a severe illness. We have found the staff to be cheerful and responsive to our needs. The food has been wonderful. Not gourmet and intentionally not over spiced or salted. It''s nursing home food. They have lots of alternate meals but we have enjoyed the regular meal of the day just fine. Add salt and pepper if you want, but its great for institutional food. No pork, shellfish or caffeinated coffee because it is an Adventist non profit. The dietary manager we met was Fred. Totally pleasant, very accommodating. The occupational and physical therapists have been great too. I''ve spent months if daily visits to nursing homes over the years. This is positively the nicest one ever. I am so impressed with the housekeeping staff, because they keep this place beautifully maintained. I have seen so much worse. This has been wonderful, and my wife is recovering quickly.

Been through there 4 times, the last visit I hope was last visit ever. Rooms are great, meals suck, but the physical therapists there are real great, especially the 2 guys that worked with me this last stay. Nice overall facility, some of the nurses and aides are great, others not so good. Staff shortages plague many facilities. If your insurance covers it I would definitely recommend this is a good place to go in this area. Not perfect but pretty close. And by the way did I mention the food is horrible? Really need to improve the meal quality. I know food costs are high and budgets are limited but don''t say I told you so if you have to go and are shocked at the food. Hopefully they have improved this since my last stay.

I just saw a nurse yell at my friend because she requested her pain pill 2 hrs past time she asked. So a total of 6 hrs has gone by since pain pill. I almost jumped out of my chair to go after this rude nurse. Sheets haven’t been changed in a week, showers are on request, but then not done. I am so appalled at this nurse. Never seen such, unprofessional and HATEFUL! Food sucks evidently too.
