I was visiting my aunt today and the person who greeted me at the front (Julie) was very rude, she told us that we had to wear the mask or else we had to leave the facility, that is if we had not seen the mask at the entrance we told her no, we thought it was no longer necessary to put it on, we went and took the mask and put it on and she kept saying that she was not going to continue talking to people, that she was already tired and throwing things on the desk. I was expected a compassionate treatment for people who go to visit their sick relatives, isn''t it easier to explain the rules of the establishment with good manners?

If you have a loved one here, check on them frequently!!! Do not announce your visits, just show up! This place is beautiful but the care is terrible!!! They don’t care about their patients! My mom was there and now she has a bedsore stage 4 with lots of necrotic tissue. She’s at the hospital now and not expected to survive the wound and the infection. Do your loved one a favor and avoid this place. The nurses don’t care at all, they just over medicate their patients and put them to sleep all day long. They never answer the phone either!!! They sit at the nurse station and let the phones ring.
