I’ve been there five times because I have always had a great experience from the Jones and Sunset location. I always feel welcome and I have always been treated very good. From the director to the kitchen staff I always have a good experience. I know not everyone is your cup of tea and I have had a few that were not my favorite but if you’re cooperative and kind they mirror that. They are patient with all cause I have heard and seen difficult patients but they were always professional. Sometimes people can be horrible to healthcare professionals and I don’t understand that. They are there to help and help they do. I was completely paralyzed from the chest down the first time I went there and by the time I left I was able to take care of myself mostly. I would highly recommend this location and company to anyone who wants to get better ❤️ ! Love these people so much.

Unfortunately they have few doctor visits and the doctor that was there during my mother''s stay was awful. He did not treat her C-DIFF infection properly and she eventually died from complications.
Whatever you do, don''t let your loved ones come here. They are racist, don''t follow proper medication schedules, treat their patients like they are subpar humans and their nurses are rude, unprofessional and a complete joke. They are racist, don''t follow proper medication schedules, treat their patients like they are subpar humans and their nurses are rude, unprofessional and a complete joke. They would give my mom food without any utensils, at times they would not serve her appropriate amount of food, they would not answer her calls when she needed assistance, and they ran tests that were not approved by us. All they do is try to make money by billing the State for as much as they can. I repeat, DONT GO HERE! I would rate them 0 if I could!
