My brother was in here got out 3rd of December. Staff is great think the buisnes office maybe shady. They took his social security check for December. Told him it takes a day or 2 but going on 2 weeks and they are still making up excuses and they don''t return phone calls when they owe you money

My dad is being moved today to Adams Lane from the hospital. I have been calling for 3 hours and have never got anyone to answer the phone. I called the corporate number and it took them calling Adams Lane to get an answer. After getting to the care facility to see my dad it took 30 minutes to get anyone to come to the door to let me in. Once in the building I went to my dads room to visit and, as a test pulled the call light. It was 10 minutes before they came. This is not a good nursing home.
