New review since last….. I unfortunately still have not been paid by this facility. I left TX to drive here x 3 hr to work for them at last minute notice. I stayed until 8a.m. when relief came. I had to rush out because I had 3 hrs to get home, shower & leave for my next assignment at 2 pm. I was told they have not paid because I did not finish charting. I’m sorry…… Skilled charting is a 24 hr thing and before anybody says anything negative, I understand we all need to pitch in on our shifts. Under the circumstances, I had another job to get to and had completed my assignment here. Oklahoma Wage & Labor board has already been contacted! I will not be back to work here… I don’t work for free…..But the people I worked with were fabulous! Nice, fresh clean environment. My co-workers took the time to be team players assisting and directing this newbie around their facility! But because of selfish, manipulative thieving management, I will mot work here again.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This place is TERRIBLE! I’m blessed that my loved one came out of this place safe and sound which is not something I should have to worry about. They pay little to no attention to their patients. A nurse came in to check on my loved one and saw that his blood sugar was low said she would come back with orange juice. It was probably more than an HOUR before he got it. They did not clean him well and he started to develop rashes that they seemed to not care about until it got really bad. The nurses seems lazy and care very little about their patients. They even gave incorrect doses of medication to him which caused him to have scary side effects. Would not recommend to anyone. Please avoid this place at all costs if you care about your loved ones.

I have had a couple of problems with promptness with nurses and aids. They have been very kind and helpful otherwise. The halls do not have smells like mist I’ve been inside. The staff greets you kindly. Pamela McMillen has made it her personal mission to correct and please. What ever she is striving for in your company , she is meeting the challenge. Only recommend phone be answered properly at night to avoid family discomfort. Thank you

Not even worth the one star I mean really why get into a job you don’t like there was maybe 3-4 people who made select nights a little more comfortable but all and all I will never be returning…. my grandmother was here for maybe 2 weeks before we pulled her out her first night here we had asked for a bedside commode because she had hip surgery she can’t walk she needed assistance I called they said they’re grabbing one yet Hours past and she still hasn’t gotten one till the next day around 1 pm let alone almost everyday she got ignored they never gave her her medication on time we’d ask and it took HOURS for someone to even come back there had been times someone would bring something she’s allergic to and multiple times did we ask for someone to put it in her file yet it somehow kept getting brought to her luckily we asked what she was getting every time they never answer the phone they never made it on time when she needed to use the restroom mind you she’s still not able to walk I mean it was bad enough she had to use a bedside commode let alone the bed smh that’s not even half of it but please don’t send your loved ones here 👋🏽
