My mom passed away this morning at Absolut. She was there on comfort care for the last 2 weeks. I read the reviews, and I had my moment of Eww when I first walked in. It was old, dirty in places, and the smell… ugh. But let me tell you about the staff. My mother loved everyone there and they loved...
My mom passed away this morning at Absolut. She was there on comfort care for the last 2 weeks. I read the reviews, and I had my moment of Eww when I first walked in. It was old, dirty in places, and the smell… ugh. But let me tell you about the staff. My mother loved everyone there and they loved her right back. They were so caring and attentive. And omg the patience they showed with all the residents. Amazing! The food was always good. Coffee hot. They catered to my mom’s special diet. I can’t say enough good things about everyone. The only thing I would suggest is some state official somewhere give them more funding to update that facility. Those people deserve it. My mother got top quality care from a place people speak poorly of. It’s sad. I wish all you ladies well. Much love, Amy J
