My mom was in the Memory Care Unit at Absolut Care for 6 weeks. In that time, she developed a true comfort level with the staff. The loving, caring staff that are there do their best to care for all of the residents. Caring for memory care residents is extremely challenging, and the patience level of the staff is a blessing. They are truly Angels on Earth! They were always very welcoming when we would visit, which was often. Our family is very grateful for the loving, wonderful care my mom received. I want to personally thank Kaisha, Carolyn, Michelle, Michelle, Krystal, Cindy, Sue, Sue, Beverly, Tom, Gabe, Destiny, and all of the staff, including Tammy and the Dr. from Hospice! I would recommend Absolut Care to anyone.

My uncle has been there for one day and they let him fall from his wheel chair. He should have been strapped in and the chair should have had foot pedals. The chair was really wide, not his size. Then I asked for help because the TV remote controled his roommates TV, not his. They said it was an ongoing issue with spectrum, they didn''t know when it will be fixed. The TV is all the control and comfort these people have. I am fed up and it has only been a day!

Still waiting for administrator to get back to us regarding situations regarding my Grandparent. Why are phones not answered and calls returned? Seniors that have ability to go to the bathroom with a little help are forced to urinate & etc due to aides answering call button 20-40 min later. It’s been well over a week and still no bath or even wash up? Clean clothes have been supplied but yet Grandparent is in same clothes. Why are hallways, rooms and bathrooms have not ever been cleaned in last week and looks like hasn’t been cleaned in months and smugged feces on floor. Terrible!

Nancy McDermot Farrell This facility should be called Absolut Dump. The first floor where offices are located is nice. No nasty smells, floors are clean. However as soon as you exit the elevator on the second floor the smell of urine hits you right in the face. I was told that's because someone had an accident. That is not true. A lot of people had accidents and the floors were not properly cleaned. The stench of urine is so bad it actually is in the rooms of patients who do not have a problem with incontinence. The floors in the hallway and patient rooms are filthy. Paint is peeling off the walls. Patients are not given privacy when treated by the nurses. Doors to patient's rooms are kept wide open while nurses are undress or change patients. This place should be closed down.
