My mother had a fighting chance at living if it were not for this faculty. She was physically and mentally abused by staff. She got infection after infection. Her room was not sealed from the outside properly. She got sick due to this, and died due to the staff not alerting anyone. They refused to give her anything to ease her pain or suffering even though her doctor had approved of medication to help end of life care. You are sentencing your loved one to death if you house them at this horrid place.

I would Give no stars if i could. My Grandfather was in their care a few years back and died in february 2015. The staff had the demeanor of fast food employees, just there for a paycheck. They looked inconvenienced, wouldn''t smile at you or even talk to you. I don''t know how many residents i hear...

They looked inconvenienced, wouldn''t smile at you or even talk to you. I don''t know how many residents i heard asking for water..i visited my grandfather and gave him a glass of water and i have never seen someone suck water down so fast. the place is truly disgusting and no one was managing the front desk, didnt have to sign in or out, anyone could walk in there. the place wreaked..it is quite sad. that is where he passed away. and they didn''t call us for HOURS.
