I started working here in October of 2020. New Administrator. She tries so very hard, loves her Residents. She has suffered some setbacks but keeps strong. She has made many good improvements to the building and staff. We have a loving , Caring team that is getting better day by day.

This center allowed a complete stranger to pick up an elderly family member with early onset dementia; The worst part is, they allowed this person to go back into the facility WITHOUT SIGNING IN, which feels like a complete HIPAA violation. And when we let them know we were going to file a police report, they told us there was nothing we could do because she is an adult, luckily we were able to find her HOURS later. I would never recommend this place for a someone you care about.

This facility let my family member with severe dementia leave WITH A STRANGER and no discharge papers! The director left several messages panicking that they LOST HER, but then suddenly changed her tune when we reported her to the police as a missing person. Now they are saying she is discharged and no longer connected to the facility, not answering phone calls. She left with none of her belongings, medication, or a treatment plan. This place is a scam and a danger to anyone who needs care. Luckily we found her, but she will NEVER end up here again.
