I''ve been staying here for rehabilitation, and all I have to say is. It''s been great. From the CNA''s, RN''s, Porters, Food Service, and the supervisors. To the management and other Departments (Dietary, Social Workers). They treat me well and with respect. I also want to mention the great staff and supervisor, of the rehabilitation department. Ian, Patrick, Connor, Doreen (remember Resort after Dark), John and the supervisor Mike. They been tirelessly getting me back on my feet. And all the work they had me do. Did work out in the end. Thanks Ian and Connor! Also I want to mention. The ladies on the 4th floor, 6th floor and my final floor the 5th. The ladies must love their jobs, because of what they endure daily for patients and residents. Would also like to add a person who brighten my nights, Andrea. She''s the sweet front desk lady, who works the front desk from 3 or 4pm to 12am. She really made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I''ve also met some wonderful folks here. And they turned out to be great friends.

Wonderful place where my mom staying at the Resort. She''s been here for about 5 months. Which I thought she wouldn''t make it this far. You see my mom was in hospice at a hospital and transfered to this facility. As you enter this facility you are greeted by 3 different sweet ladies that works different days. You are tested for covid and fill out a form. As I go in I pass by some offices. Most of the times I speak to Bibi Safdar lovely kind women. She is caring and most resident loves to speak to Bibi. The 2nd floor where my mom stays. The nurses, respiratory and Cna''s are so kind and compassionate. They listen to your needs. I also have to mention the dietary and speech and swallowing, maintenance and cleaning people are all so helpful. I can''t forget my social worker she''s great and will call you when you have any questions. I appreciate all of you.

My grandmother in this nursing home she got hurt twice in there had to get stitches and had to get a hip replacement and she has Dementia and she was crying like she was scared and getting hurt who ever reading this do not bring your love ones here they dont care.
Great environment, loving , caring and fun staff! Residents seems super happy.
