Midtowne Assisted Living treats their residents like family. The staff is kind and welcoming. [name removed] helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. You can tell how much love she has for the residents.

We toured Midtowne Assisted Living and the set up would not have been ideal. It was too large of a facility. It was 2 stories and had very long hallways - that would have been too much for my mother. Also the courtyard they have is not enclosed which is something we were looking for. The local marketing person was unavailable on the day we were scheduled. Instead we had the regional marketing person. She was pleasant but not as personable. Just didn't connect as well. Midtowne is a beautiful facility, but wasn't a fit for Mother.

She got much better care and a nicer place than Legend Oaks Ennis, who kicked her out, and it was also less expensive. No complaints at all.
Read moreIt was a nice facility, and they had a pool. It was a larger community. The tour guide was nice. They did not have a room available for my loved one.
The tour was great and very nice and gave me the information that I needed about the community. I was able to see everything that I needed about this community.
