Read moreMy father who is nonabulatory has this agency, he has had SEVERAL shifts where NO ONE HAS COME AT ALL!! They do not have the staff to support their current patient list. My advice, keep looking.
My dad enjoys the visits. Helps with meals, laundry, errands, taking a walk or just talking. We have been very happy with Home Instead.
