Following a lengthy illness, I returned to my home to continue healing and regain my independent living. This was made possible by the good people at Home Instead who provided wonderful caregivers. They came into my home and impressed me that they were trustworthy and well-intentioned, not to mention quite experienced from caring for other current and former clients. They helped me with grooming, meal prep, light housework and transportation to appointments. They have encouraged my progress and have become friends during our time together. I thank them for helping me through my progression. I appreciate the flexibility of the days and number of hours they work and the office staff who help coordinate scheduling. I highly recommend Home Instead to you or your loved one.

I have a lady that comes out from Home Instead. I've been using them for about three or four years now. I use them all the time, three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My caregiver is very friendly and very beautiful. She does everything she's supposed to do. She keeps my house. I love her personality. The agency keeps up with what she does and if she's not able to come, they make sure they let me know. They're prompt with everything. I'm not the last to know anything, and I really love my caregiver. They provide homecare and if I need certain things. She does light housekeeping and provides companionship. They let me know if she's not able to come in and they'll send a replacement, but I don't want a replacement because I like Eileen in my house. I don't like different people in my house. I'm used to her and I trust her. I have no problem with them. I don't want another agency. I like them.
