I never experienced anything like this in my life it wasn’t the residents it was management. The nurse Regina at the blossom was so rude it was ridiculous. She kept saying the phrase “Your kind, and You People” and kept following me around. My experience at the Holly was the worst I wouldn''t come back here if it was triple the pay! I heard the scheduler talking about DNR people of color because they can''t be in the AL her and the DON. She said she couldn''t believe some of them actually had not BLACK NAMES!! Horrible how they treated us!!

I do not recommend the long-term care at Ohman. I had the worst experience there ever. The nurses were horrible as were the in and out aids that were from contracted agencies. I cried many many days and nights there. If I could give a lower rating, I would. The rehab part is the best. I would recommend rehab there with all of the wonderful nurses and aids. It''s a different (and horrible) world once you leave that section and go to the prison side - I mean long-term side.

We had incredibly high standards for the care that my grandmother received. Holly Hill not only met, but exceeded those in every way. She was in the memory care area and the ladies back there truly cared for her like she was family. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for Angie, Amanda, Denise, Jen, Jo and the rest of the staff for the kindness and caring they showed my grandmother during the last 6 months of her life. I have 2 family members in the care of the staff at Holly Rehab, and could not be more happy with the wonderful staff there, especially the nursing assistants. They are all so kind, and made my loved ones feel welcome and well tended to. In no way do they ever make the patient feel rushed or a bother. The nurses, dietary staff, therapists and social worker all keep track of how my loved ones are doing and can answer any concern I have. The facility is well cared for and clean. The food looks and smells clean. There is a kitchen with drinks and snacks should a resident need some nourishment between meals.
