Completely under staffed and the staff that is there are extremely uncaring

Working in a nursing home where the death rates are the highest due to this pandemic - that’s even more stress to the daily lives of those healthcare providers in those facilities. So God bless those people Today one of those workers went above and beyond (and she had to be bothered on her day off in order to help us) and without hesitation she did! So it is with a great deal of thanks and admiration that I would like to publicly praise RONNI for going above and beyond to help a resident family who were here honored to serve at our funeral home.
