The staff is attentive and considerate of each resident’s individual needs, and the care that they provide is done with loving hands. The manager/owner is very conscientious in planning for the unique needs of each individual that comes to reside at Grand Living. The level of caring attention, even sweet companionship, our mom received there amazed us. She often commented on how happy she was there. The staff is serious about caring in a way that is present, kind, and professional, and also offered a respectful sense of value and dignity for residents as people. They were excellent at communication, always welcoming to visitors, and treated us so graciously. They are serious about senior care. It is a calling, not just a job. This place was Heaven-sent for our family. I was beyond satisfied. They provided care and comfort that surpassed what I could have honestly provided for my mom had I been able to move her in with us. What a team!
